Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you are not in love with your order, our return policy is designed to be simple, fast, and hassle-free.

Return Window:

  • Standard Items: You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.

  • Sale & Promotional Items: Items purchased on sale, with a discount code, or during a special promotion can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Condition of Items: To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, please ensure that items are returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Please include your original purchase invoice or packing slip inside the package.

How to Initiate a Return: Simply contact our customer support team at ozcapsuleusa@gmail.com with your order number, and we will gladly guide you through the process.

You have two easy options for shipping your item(s) back to us:

  1. Pre-Paid Return Label (Recommended): For your convenience, we can provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label. A flat return fee of $25.00 will be deducted from your final refund to cover the return shipping costs.

  2. Self-Shipment: You may choose to ship the item back using a carrier of your choice at your own expense. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds & Store Credit: Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will promptly notify you of your refund approval.

  • Full Refund: You will be refunded the full purchase price of the item(s), including any applicable state sales tax paid at checkout (minus the pre-paid return shipping fee, if you chose that option).

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days. (Please note: It may take a few additional days for your bank or credit card company to post the funds to your account).

  • Store Credit: Alternatively, you may opt for Store Credit to use towards your next purchase!
